PLEASE ALLOW 2 to 3 WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT OF YOUR SIGNATURE FRAME. IF YOU NEED YOUR FRAME SOONER, PLEASE CHOOSE OUR RUSH OPTION. Question: What is the "personalization area background color"? Answer: This is the 2" x 4" block cutout under the photo cutout where your personalization will go. You can choose any of our available colors for fill in that area. We then print your personalization in either black or white depending on the background color you choose. (The mat color is only available in white or ivory.) We fill a piece of canvas with your color choice and then print your personalization and place behind the 2" x 4" block so it shows through beautifully! Question: Your website says it takes two to three weeks for the product to ship. I need it sooner than that. What do I do? Answer: Products USUALLY ship within 10 to 15 business days from the date the order is placed. You may choose to have your item shipped Ground or faster. This time is in addition to the normal 10 to 15 working days to get your frame personalized and shipped to you. There are rare times when we run longer than 15 working days and we will have that listed on the front page of our store if this situation arises. Please be assured we ship as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of our items. We will in an emergency situation (as in a backorder), ship you a frame of equal or higher value and similar style if the frame you order is not in stock and you need is fast. When placing your order, during checkout you will be asked to give us the latest date you can receive your frame. This is important in backorder situations. Please do not put a date that is less than 3 weeks away from the order date. Question: How does this signature frame thing work? Do I send you my photo? Answer: There is no need to send your photo. You frame will come with bendable tabs on at the back that allows the backing to be removed easily. All you need to do is tape (masking tape is best) your photo to the mat so that it is centered in the picture opening and then replace the backing. You can even change the photo again at any point after the wedding with ease! Question: What is included with my frame purchase? Answer: Everything you need except the photograph! You will get the frame, thick plexi-glass, backing, hanger, mat and personalization, even two archival black archival gel pens all included in your order! Question: Can I have my own phrase or quote put in the personalization area? Answer: Yes! Write your phrase or quote in the personalization area during checkout. Please try to limit your quote to 15 words or less in order to fit in the personalization block. You may also use one of our sayings which can be found in the menu on the left hand side of each page. Remember, the more you put in the block the smaller the font will be so be careful not to write too much. Question: Do I have to use a gel pen? Can I use a fancy wedding pen or a marker? Answer: We recommend you use an archival gel pen. Ball point pens require the writer to press harder thereby denting the mat. Markers will run if they come in contact with any moisture. We recommend archival gel pens only for signature frames which do not fade over time. Just a side note, you should NEVER hang your frame in direct sunlight. Any ink will fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight. Question: What are your shipping charges? Answer:: Shipping charges differ depending on your country, state, and the shipping method you choose. This rate is calculated by UPS automatically when you check out. You can get your exact total for shipping during the checkout process before you finalize your order. Question: Is there sales tax on your frames? Answer: Currently, only Pennsylvania residents are subject to sales tax. All other areas do not pay sales tax on our products.
