Seating Charts can be done with just one week's notice if the time is available on our calendar. Call us to make sure we have time if you are within a week or so of your wedding date. Options:Personalization of your seating chart may include all or some of the following: - Your Names - Graphic Choice (or your photograph or monogram) - Wedding Date - Wedding party names - Small Saying or Poem (no more than 20 words)Your graphic or photograph will be centered at the top of your seating chart. Your names and date can be displayed however you request. The graphic may be one of our pictures, monograms or your photograph or graphic. All of these options are possible, and included in the price!! There are no additional charges! Seating charts are custom done to YOUR specifications, so you may have any layout you choose. Mr. Jack Olson is one guest.Please remember, the closer you get to the maximum amount of guests for the size of the seating chart, the smaller we need to make the font. Going over the number of guests recommended for any size frame is not advised. For up to 125 guests: Paper Seating Chart 16 x 20 - Unframed - $120 Paper Seating Chart 16 x 20 - Framed - $175 For up to 300 guests: Paper Seating Chart 20 x 24 - Unframed - $155 Paper Seating Chart 20 x 24 - Framed - $230 Place your order as soon as you've decided the details for your chart! We reserve the time to complete your chart on our calendar when we receive your order. You can email your guest list or photograph a couple weeks to a week before your wedding, but the order should be placed as soon as possible to insure availability!How to Place Your Order:-Choose your seating chart size, design, monogram or photo option, your font and your frame and submit the order to us. -Email your guest list to us as soon as you have it finalized. We prefer if you send the list in MS Word or include it in the text of your email. -We will email you an electronic proof within three (3) days of receiving your guest list. -You may make changes to your chart by emailing us with those changes.
