Return Policy
Almost every customer ends up being a very happy customer! Because many of our products are personalized and customized to order, seating charts and signature frames cannot be returned for a refund or credit. This includes frames without a personalization block.
All orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order for any reason. Once an order has begun being prepared, we do not accept cancellations.
Items that arrive to you damaged or broken will be replaced as soon as possible. We package our items VERY well for shipping and damage is very rare. However, we cannot control how the package is handled once it leaves our shop. If your product arrives damaged, please call or email so we are aware of the problem. You may be asked to please return broken item(s) to us. Upon receipt of the return, we will replace with an identical product or, if that product is not available, with a product of equal or greater value. We do not issue refunds for damaged products, only replacements.
There are times when a replacement frame may be used instead of the specific frame you ordered. We try to avoid this, but sometimes your deadline and our availability for a specific frame do not coincide. In that case, getting you a frame by your date is our first priority. We will make every attempt to send you something as close as possible in style and price. If you are not satisfied with the replacement frame, please feel free to return it after your event, and we will ship you the frame you ordered when it becomes available.
Please be aware that we will not reimburse for your expense to repair damaged items. If the item arrives damaged and you need a replacement immediately because of an upcoming wedding or party date, please contact us by phone or email and we will do everything possible to work with you to make sure your frame arrives before your event date.
