After you have decided on your graphic, font and frame, you should place your order so that we can reserve the time on our calendar to complete your seating chart. Seating charts are usually finalized and shipped just a few days before the event.

Most people place their seating chart order long before their guest list is completed. In the week or two before the event date, we will send digital proofs to you and make any changes you need.

Seating charts can be ordered up to as little as a week prior to your event when necessary.

PRICES INCLUDE PAPER SEATING CHART PRINTED ON WHITE GLOSSY PAPER, UP TO FOUR EMAIL PROOFS, GRAPHIC CHOICE (YOURS OR OURS), FONT CHOICE, BRIDE AND GROOM'S NAMES, WEDDING DATE, SHORT POEM OR SAYING AND EVEN YOUR BRIDAL PARTY NAMES AS AN OPTION.



Please remember the closer you get to the maximum amount of guests that will fit on the chart size you choose, the smaller the font will have to be. If you are close to the maximum amount of guests, you may wish to consider a larger size or using more than one chart.
