Step Five:  Email your guest list when it's completed.



We prefer that you place your order BEFORE you are ready to email your guest list. This will ensure that we reserve the time necessary to complete your seating chart for your wedding.

Email your guest list when it has been completed (no later than a week prior to event date*) following these instructions:

1) List the guest names alphabetically by their last name using MS Word or typed directly into an email.

2) Have names read exactly as you wish them to appear on the seating chart.

3) List the table number or table name next to the name of the guest.

4) Please email your guest list to lisa@lisaselegantthings.com.

You will receive a proof of your seating chart via email (.pdf - Adobe Acrobat). Please review your proof carefully to ensure that the information is correct.

Upon your approval of the proof, we will send the seating chart to print. After you have approved the proof, we are not responsible for misspelled names or incorrect information, so be sure your proof is correct!

Timing: We ask that you email your guest list no later than a week prior to your wedding date.

(*Sending your guest list later than a week prior to your wedding day or event may mean you will incur additional fees for overnighting your seating chart.)
